The problem

Your contracts are a filing cabinet.Your balance sheet needs them.

The average mid-market CFO stores 80% of their contractual commitments as PDFs in inboxes and shared drives. They can't search them, score them, or — most importantly — use them as collateral.

Tokenization platforms like ours need verified, structured receivables to underwrite. We give away the upstream tool because every contract you upload becomes eligible capital on the CurioInvest stack.

FAQ

The questions a CFO asks first.

Is a tokenized receivable a security under Swiss law?
Under FinSA Art. 4, debt instruments — which is what a receivable is — are exempt from prospectus requirements when offered to a closed circle of qualified investors. The CMTAT we mint is permissioned (ERC-3643-compatible), so transfers are gated by KYC and jurisdiction checks, keeping the offering inside the exemption. We provide the rails; the legal opinion is yours.
What does the AI actually extract from a contract?
Parties, payment terms, renewal date, governing law, obligor, total value, deliverables, penalty clauses, renewal clauses, auto-renew flag, and a confidence score per field. The dashboard surfaces the confidence score so the human reviewer can focus on low-confidence extractions first.
Why CMTA, not vanilla ERC-20 or ERC-3643?
ERC-20 has no transfer validation — anyone with the address can send anywhere. ERC-3643 is a single monolithic contract; every audit has to cover the whole thing. CMTAT (the Capital Market and Technology Association's reference token) breaks the spec into small, independently-auditable modules: BaseCore, BaseRuleEngine, BaseAllowlist, BaseSnapshot. We use BaseCore + BaseRuleEngine, audit only what we ship, and inherit a standard that's already in production at UBS / Taurus / Syz.
What happens when the obligor doesn't pay on time?
Three failure modes, surfaced in the dashboard: (1) late payment triggers penalty interest (12% above contract APR) and auto-notification; (2) default triggers Swiss SchKG (Betreibungsbegehren) legal recovery, 70-90% expected recovery; (3) bankruptcy triggers the insolvency proceeding, 40-60% expected recovery, 12-18 months. The dashboard's Backtest tool runs the whole 20-contract portfolio through all three so the CFO sees the worst case before issuing.
Is my data ever used to train AI models?
No. Default posture: zero model-training on customer contracts. Per-tenant Postgres isolation. Opt-in telemetry only. nDSG Art. 19 compliant. The 30-day breach-notification deadline is in our SLA contract, not just our privacy policy.
Can I see the rule engine logic?
Yes. The Swiss-DLT-specific rule is a small Solidity contract that hooks into the CMTAT RuleEngine. Source on GitHub (linked in the deep-dive page). Every transfer emits a `TransferWithData` event with the rule's numeric reason code; every view function `detectTransferRestriction` returns a code 0–11 with a human-readable message. The full transfer log is on-chain and on your dashboard.
